The process is built around providing insurers with all the information required at the earliest opportunity to enable their settlement of the claim. For example, we ensure vehicle inspections are carried out within 48 hours of our instruction. Upon report completion the vehicle owner agrees to the content of the report, the report is submitted directly to the liable third party insurer to request settlement.
The result of our efficient approach to vehicle damage claims ensures liable parties are positioned to be settled as quickly as possible. The benefit of our time focused process is a reduced courtesy hire vehicle times, this reduces all associated vehicle hire costs and vehicle storage. What we do
Accident Hire Car provide customers with a courtesy hire car after their non fault car accident. We endeavour to supply the courtesy hire vehicle on the same day as the request is made. The vehicle type is confirmed before delivery and customers are given a selection of vehicles to choose from ensuring suitability.
Full National Service
The service covers the whole of the UK and is open 24 hours a day. It’s a non fault only service provided at no cost to any UK driver involved in a non fault car accident with another correctly insured vehicle on a UK road or publicly accessible space. We carry out pre-service checks to ensure the suitability of the service. We also provide a no-cost vehicle damage claim as an alternative to customers claiming via their insurance.
